This event is provided by Christopher, one of Moon Wolf's Owners.
Using the vibrant, full moon energy, he creates this healing experience so that students can move into this next moon cycle with clear intention and a balanced mind/body/spirit connection. It begins with your arrival as the moon rises into the evening sky and flows into the start of the healing session as the moon and the class begings its journey.
You'll experience the following:
Welcome, intention setting, readying the body (stretches and movement)
Breathwork and Om's for self healing
Guided meditation to reach a relaxed state of mind
Sound bath
Directed energy healing to clear out old patterns of the particpants
Sharing and Q&A
Bring your mat, a blanket and pillow, or anything you need to be comfortable in a seated and laying posture. Some blankets, mats and bolsters will be available in a limited quantity.
There is a 6 hour cancellation policy, you will be charged the full amount if cancelling within the 6 hours before the healing starts.

Yin Yoga and Journaling
April 19th, 3PM: 90 Minute Workshop
Spend 90min experiencing true reflection where you’ll have a quiet, supportive space to be with yourself. To sit with the emotions, thoughts, worries, hopes, and questions that swirl about in our heads all day, not in a scary or overwhelming way, but in a way that helps you breathe, reflect, and see all of these clearly. We’ll start with about 45 minutes of slow, grounding Yin Yoga, then transition into about 30 minutes of guided journaling. The prompts are intentionally chosen each month to help you explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and bring clarity to the thoughts that often stay buried under daily distractions.
You don’t need to be a writer, have perfect grammar, or share a single word. This is simply about putting what’s in your head onto paper, making the overwhelming feel smaller and giving yourself the gift of understanding.
What to Bring & Know:
- Bring your own favorite journal or notebook; extra paper and pens are always provided.
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.
- Yoga props (mats, blocks, bolsters) are available, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
- This is a quiet, reflective space. No expectation to share or interact; come as you are.

Childbirth Education w/ Julie Raushenblat
This Workshop is a 5 Hour workshop, with plenty of space for bathroom breaks, snacking and of course all the instructions you’ll need

In this one-day, childbirth education INTENSIVE, you & your partner will grow your connection to each other and to baby(s) through hands-on learning. You will learn the anatomy & physiology of labor & birth with the most relevant, evidence-informed information available. You and your partner/support person will learn and practice valuable breath work, movements, massage and comfort measures AND learn when to use them during labor. Julie will present information from Lamaze International, Evidence Based Birth, Spinning Babies®, Birthing From Within, and more, enabling families to make empowered & informed choices for themselves. Julie is a registered labor & delivery nurse at Atrium Health, a Certified Professional Midwife (retired), Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, LCCE, & Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Registration fee is per couple. Couple = pregnant person & support person.
